Saudi Arabia-based startup YaSchools has recently raised $600,000 in a seed round from a group of angel investors.
Founded in 2021, YaSchools offers educational management solutions that connect schools, teachers, and students, as well as microlending solutions that offer parents payment plans to cover educational expenses.
Currently, the platform has 1,750 registered schools, serving over 2,500 teachers and more than 92,000 parents.
The company plans to enter the Jordanian market first and then further penetrate the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT) region.
