The company plans to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by President Jack Kelleher, Sharpen is an operator of an educational platform intended to empower parents with the right tools to improve early learning and reading for their children.

The company's platform helps children in the early assessment of learning difficulties and reading challenges by guiding them with various learning programs, enabling parents to access independent assessments, genetic trait screening and effective technology-driven tools to ensure every child reaches their growth potential.
