Houyouxi, based in Shanghai, has secured several million yuan in a Pre-A round of funding led by Baotuan Venture Capital and EdBeta Fund.
Shen Yuchen, founder and CEO of the startup, said the fresh funding will be used to enhance their teacher management system, build up brand image and set up more teaching centers.
Founded in 2016, the platform provides children aged 3-10 with offline drama education service. Houyouxi claimed to have two centers in Shanghai and more than 600 students, with the annual revenue reaching around ten million yuan.
