Possip, a Tennessee-based platform that provides feedback from parents to schools, has raised $1 million in its first funding round led by Launch TN Impact Fund with participation from angel investors.
The startup will use the funds to grow its school and district partnerships, deepen customer experience, and provide additional analytics and features.
Founded in 2017, Possip invites parents to give feedback on teachers and schools through text messages. Schools will then receive reports on feedback and respond quickly to any problems which need to be solved in time.
The platform claims to have reached more than 50,000 users at nearly 100 schools across 16 U.S. states.
