Wiley announced it has acquired London-based mthree for £98 million (around $129 million), which closed on January 1.
Founded in 2010, mthree offers IT training services to foster tech talents. Students will then be placed in client’s teams, and be provided an opportunity to become a full-time employee. The company predicted its 2019 revenue is likely to exceed $50 million, with a projected annual growth rate of over 20%, according to a statement Monday.
Wiley will add mthree into its Education Services portfolio.
