Aierman, based in Guangzhou, Guangdong, announced the close of a seed round of roughly tens of millions of yuan. The round will be used for content upgrade, curriculum R&D, team building and market expansion, according to the company.
Founded in 2018, the startup focuses on offering STEAM education for students aged 3-16 outside metro cities. It currently has served around 2,000 paid students via over ten teaching centers.
Aierman provides both online and offline courses out of different purposes, with the former to inspire children’s interest in STEAM and the latter to cultivate their logical thinking skills and practical abilities.
