WeChat Work(The product) held yesterday its first conference focusing on the education sector and released solutions for basic education. At the meanwhile, WeChat Work will provide 1 billion yuan as the startup capital to encourage into the educational service providers to improve their capacity to specifically serve schools and education bureaus. Currently, WeChat Work’s educational business has covered all the 34 provinces and regions across the country.

WeChat Work is planning to provide four modes of cooperation for educational service providers. Firstly, the products will enable providers to support schools and education bureaus to complete the initial management terminal configuration. Secondly, WeChat Work and providers will co-developed solutions for more issues in education sector. Next, customized functions will be launched for meeting different users’ individual needs. For the last mode, WeChat Work and smart hardware service providers will partner to bridge the software and hardware, comprehensively deep diving into building smart campuses.

Prior to this conference, WeChat Work once said that its ToB business in the education sector has achieved a full coverage of basic education, educational institutions, and higher education stage. As for basic education, WeChat Work cares more about the coordination between the education bureau and schools, as well as the cooperation between families and schools. Moreover, WeChat Work provides full-chain management tools for educational institutions and a whole package of solutions for universities’ informatization.
