Serving Educational Publishers, BookIn.cn Announced ¥100M Strategic Investment Led by Zhangyue

BookIn.cn, a China-based blockchain company providing education book reading related services, announced recently that it has completed a strategic investment with more than 100 million yuan led by Zhangyue Technology, with ZJKF Capital also participating. Prior to this deal, BookIn.cn has completed three rounds of financing, raising nearly a total of 100 million yuan from QC Capital, ZJKF Capital, Tisiwi Ventures, Yinxinggu Capital, etc.

According to Zhou Wei, the founder and CEO of BookIn, the latest fund will be used for three aspects. Firstly, the company aims to accelerate the research and development of online learning scenarios and supporting content related book reading. Secondly, the integration of the paid content supply chain and the development recommendation algorithms will be poured more investment. In addition, the fund will also be used to make BookIn a professional operating system for educational publishers to introduce. The company also claims that several data products will be launched in recent months.

As of March 2020, BookIn has served more than 850 educational publishers with more than 110,000 educational books and has accumulated more than 150 million readers, witnessing an MAU of over 50 million.
