India’s Math Learning App Cuemath Secures $40M Series C Round

Cuemath, an India-headquartered math learning provider, has recently raised $40 million in Series C funding round led by LGT Lightstone Aspada and Falcon Edge-managed Alpha Wave Incubation. Existing investors Sequoia Capital, Google’s investment arm Capital G and Manta Ray also participated in the round.Founded in 2013, Cuemath provides after-school math learning programs for students from kindergarten to grade 10. It has also launched a coding learning business alongside its math learning programs.Cuemath claimed it had delivered over 25 million classes to over 100,000 students across different countries, including the UK, US, UAE, Singapore, Canada, Thailand, Indonesia, Egypt, Nigeria, India, Nepal and Bangladesh.Last December, Cuemath secured around $5.5 million in its Series B round led by Manta Ray Ventures, with participation from Google and Sequoia Capital.
