Chinese leading IT vocational education company Chuanzhiboke's IPO debuted on the SZSE

Jiangsu Chuanzhiboke Education Technology Co., Ltd(003032), one of the Chinese leading IT skills training providers, began trading on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange - SME Board this Tuesday. 

The Company priced of its initial public offering of 40,244,750 shares at RMB 8.46 each, aiming to raise RMB 340.47 million in total. Its initial listing shares account for 10% of total outstanding shares. 

The company’s initial price-to-earning ratio (PE) stands at 22.98. China Securities acted as the lead underwriter and sponsor for the IPO.

Jiangsu Chuanzhiboke Education has started to offer non-degree online training courses for high school graduates since 2017, including big data analysis, software testing, etc. In the same year, the company also tapped into the sector of competency-based education for preschoolers. And since 2019, the company expanded its business to online coding education for teenagers.
