China’s top legislature starts to deliberate a draft family education law
The Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, started its 25th session Wednesday to review multiple draft laws and law revisions.
During the three-day session, a draft family education law will be deliberated by lawmakers.
The draft family education law proposes that no form of domestic violence and abuse is tolerated in family education. State intervention is necessary to protect children in any cases stipulated.
