China-based tablet education software provider Fuulea announces today its Series Pre-A funding round with tens of millions yuan invested by Beijing BW Investment Management Center. The latest fund will be used for product development and operating system building.

Focusing on providing high school students with in-class teaching and after-class tutoring services, Fuulea draws on the short-video mode of Khan Academy. It collects students’ learning data from doing exercise through the tablet and is equipped with a tutorial video for each question.

Fuulea has been introduced on campuses since 2019. With its high-quality content resources and an education system highly compatible with the teaching scenarios, Fuulea now has penetrated more than 200 high schools, covering over 130 thousand students.

Last May, Fuulea has raised investment from EdBeta Fund for course development and market expansion. According to the company, its revenue has doubled in 2020.
