Go1, a Brisbane, Australia-based enterprise learning platform, announces it closed a round of $100 million led by AirTree Ventures and Five Sigma in May, valuing it at over $2 billion.

The funding also sees participation from SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Salesforce Ventures, Blue Cloud Ventures, Larsen Ventures, Scott Shleifer and John Curtius from Tiger Global, TEN13, M12 (Microsoft’s venture fund), Madrona Venture Group, SEEK and Y Combinator.

Founded in 2015, Go1 provides a platform that allows companies to upscale their workforce with on-demand training and helps content providers distribute courses and digital learning resources.

The latest injection of capital will be used to make more acquisitions, extend beyond corporate learning, and invest in its platform.
