Nas Academy,a Singapore-based e-learning platform for the creator economy,announced has bagged $12 million in a new funding round led by Pitango Venture Capital, with BECO Capital, FTX and HOF Capital as well as Patreon co-founder Jack Conte and Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath also participated.
The investment brings the company’s total funding to $23 million after it raised $11 million in July 2021 led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
According to Nuseir Yassin, the company’s founder and CEO, the latest investment will be used for Web3 product development and teams of global engineering and product.
Founded in 2020, Nas Academy provides online classes and digital tools for creators to monetise their content.
