Indian edtech company PlanetSpark raises $17M led by Prime Venture Partners
PlanetSpark, a Gurugram, India-based edtech platform, has raised $17 million in an extended Series B round led by Prime Venture Partners via Seabright, according to Entrackr. The round also saw the participation of InnoVen Capital, Alteria Capital, myPat, GGT3 Ventures, Ashish Gupta, and IAN Investors. Its co-founders Maneesh Dhooper and Kunal Malik also invested in the firm. The fresh funding for the edtech company has come after a gap of 26 months.Founded in 2017, PlanetSpark is an intermediary technology platform which provides online classes to K8 learners on English communication, public speaking, grammar, creative writing, debating, vlogging and other skills.
