Cerebry, a Singapore-based edtech startup, announced that it has raised $1 million in a seed round led by Ascend Vietnam Ventures (AVV), with participation from Pentathlon Ventures and strategic investors.
Founded in 2017, Cerebry is an AI-based solution for practice, assessment and remediation for K-12 students and beyond.
Cerebry plans to use the funding to expand its AI-driven practice platform, cover new domains like science, and broaden its customer base to new markets including Vietnam and Japan.
The company said it has witnessed 10 times revenue growth and reached profitability in 2022.
