The investment will be used to fund the development of Loora’s Android app, deepen Loora’s core AI tech and conversational capabilities, expand the startup’s workforce from 14 employees to 25 by the end of 2024, and launch an enterprise service.

Founded by Roy Mor and Yonti Levin in 2020, Loora provides a 24/7 available AI English tutor which gives feedback on grammar, pronunciation, and accent without judgement. The virtual tutor is affordable than a private tutor, enabling users to practice at their leisure, to speak with confidence, and to unlock professional and personal growth opportunities.
