Indian edtech startup Unacademy has recently acquired an online exam preparation platform Kreatryx in a cash and stock deal.
Kreatryx, founded in 2014, is an online preparation platform focusing on GATE and ESE. It offers online classes for GATE, SSC, ESE, CIL and VIZAG STEEL. Post the deal, Kreatryx will continue to operate as an individual brand under the Unacademy Brands Team.
Unacademy, founded in 2015, offers exam preparation services to students. It has over 10,000 educators and over 13 million learners, and also covers more than 30 exam categories.
