As of May 7th, reopening dates of offline educational institutions in 15 provinces have been settled. According to the governments' announcement, offline educational institutions in Shanghai, Shandong, Guangdong, and other four provinces are not allowed to reopen before middle schools, primary schools, and kindergartens' reopening. But there are still 16 provinces, including Hubei and Beijing that haven't released related documents.

JMDedu found that offline educational institutions have taken similar measures as public schools to prepare for reopening, such as temperature testing, disinfecting, ventilating, and reminding students to wash hands.

It is also noteworthy that the floor area of learning space per student shall not be less than 3 square meters in Anhui, Qinghai, Guizhou Province, etc.
