Trivie, a US-based adaptive learning platform designed for companies, has raised $5 million in a Series A funding round led by Cottonwood Venture Partners, according to a press release.

Founded in 2011, Trivie uses adaptive learning and gamification to help employees remember training information longer.

The investment will be used to distribute its remote learning technology across energy, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, consumer goods, and other industries.

"At Trivie, our mission is to ensure that every employee at every organization can be at their very best because they remember what you need them to know,” says Lawrence Schwartz, CEO and co-founder at Trivie.
