HexFuture, a China-based edtech company providing education informatization solutions for K-12 public schools, announces today its RMB50 million Series A+ round of financing led by LongShine Technology(300682), with Albatross Venture also participating.
According to the company, the latest fund will be used for technology upgrades adapting to conditions of different regions across the country.
To avoid compatibility issues between different hardware systems, HexFuture fixed its eyes on product research and development based on browsers, which means that teachers could directly check students’ attendance and use features such as Q&A and group teaching, and students could get rid of onerous tolerances of various electronic equipment.
Founded in 2016, HexFuture has served more than 1000 schools covering 24 provinces across the country.
