Kognity, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a SaaS platform for education, announced to raise $20 million from Nordic growth investor Alfvén & Didrikson. The capital will be used to expand globally by entering the US high school market.
Founded in 2015, Kognity developed a software solution for digital textbooks that adapt to the learning needs of students and help teachers coach their students through their education.
The company has established a global school customer base across more than 100 countries on 5 continents. It is now starting a journey to expand its offering to state curricula, starting with US high schools.
