Codédex, a New York-based coding learning platform for Gen Z, announced Tuesday that it has raised $750k in a pre-seed round led by NP-Hard Ventures, Worklife Ventures, NY Ventures, Hustle Fund, Transcend Network, Goodwater Capital, Z Fellows & angels.
Launched on Product Hunt a year ago, Codédex now provides a new way for kids and adults to explore the fantasy land of Python, HTML/CSS, or JavaScript, and earn experience points (XP) to unlock new regions, and collect all the badges at learners' own pace.
Codédexsaid it now has 5 full-time team members supporting 100k registered users from 192 countries around the world.
“In the months to come, we’ll be supporting more teachers in K-12 schools, expanding our content catalog, and doubling down on the on-platform community.”
